Site Plan

The 10-acre site is located on Bokum Road in Essex, Connecticut.  The community will consist of four buildings with two townhouses per building. 

In addition to the level topography where the buildings are located, the lot includes approximately 8 acres of open space and is a short walk to The Preserve – a 1,000-acre parcel of pristine coastal forest.  When complete the site will include attractive plantings, irrigated lawns, antique-style street lighting, ample guest parking, and individual mailboxes.

Take exit 69 on to Route 9 North and proceed to Exit 3. Take a left at end of ramp and your first left at the light onto Plains Road. Proceed about a mile and take a left onto Bokum Road. Travel about a mile and Cobblestone Court will be on the right.

Take Exit 3 and proceed straight across Main Street at end of ramp.  Take a right onto Plains Road at the blinking light.  Proceed about a mile and take a left onto Bokum Road. Travel about one mile and Cobblestone Court will be on the right.
